NLP is all about bringing about changes in perception, responsible communication and developing choices of responses or communication in a given situation.
NLP works on the principle that everyone has all the resources they need to make positive changes in their own life.
NLP acknowledges the link between thought, feelings and actions/behavior, but the challenge for CBT is that most thought is subconscious and CBT does not work with the unconscious mind.
NLP can be used for treating anxiety, phobias and confidence building. NLP uses perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions.
